RETURN POLICY

Please note ALL SALES OF ORIGINAL ART, GOODS + WEARABLES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, unless damage has occurred during shipping and have been reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. For this reason, I kindly ask you open and inspect your item(s) in a prompt manner. If damage has occurred, I will require you provide documentation of damage with photos of compromised packaging and product(s) for insurance purposes.

The Wearables Denim Collection features sourced vintage, upcycled jeans. There is inherent wear and tear that comes with vintage clothing. Measurements are provided in the description with a size chart on the Wearables page illustrating how and where we measure the denim.

SHIPPING

The cost of shipping varies based on product size and weight. For Goods + Wearables, shipping is calculated and reflected in your cart during checkout. Please reach out to us for shipping quotes for art - hello@michelvandevender.com. Local pick-up is also available. Online orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days of purchase, unless otherwise communicated to you. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can start your merry countdown!
